Calories don’t count when you’re playing in the Disney Parks, but those nasty buggers sure do get in the way in the “real world!” I teamed up with @pixiedustandpoints, who specializes in living a healthy lifestyle while spreading tons of pixie dust, to create a FREE Disney inspired weekly meal planning download, plus share a take on a Disney Parks recipe that is perfect for any Weight Watchers followers!

Meal planning can be extra magical with this FREE DOWNLOAD of a weekly meal planner that includes a little bit of pixie dust!

Figaro Fries
Figaro Fries were a fan-favorite from Pinnochio Village Haus and were missed terribly when they were taken off of the menu. They’re now back in action with a new name at the Plaza, but most people don’t know about that! The Disney Food Blog has all the news!
If you can’t make it to the Plaza, no worries! I worked with @pixiedustandpoints to adapt the recipe so you can enjoy this treat at home AND even made it a healthier option than available in the parks! The recipe below is lightened up at 10 SmartPoints – talk about magical!

Ingredients
- 15 Ore Ida Golden Fries
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup Ragu Cheese Creations Double Cheddar Sauce
- 1 tablespoon crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Light Ranch
This recipe is heat and eat! Cook the fries as directed (bonus points for cooking them in the air fryer), toss them in a pinch of salt, and heat the cheese sauce. Assemble the Figaro Fries by using the fries as a base, followed by the cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and lastly the drizzle of glorious ranch dressing.
Note: best eaten while watching a YouTube video of It’s A Small World 🙂
